happy 4th: mojitos, tequila, wine, pork burgers


after consuming alcohol all day, i finally had these delicious pork burgers we brought over to our friends' bbq. this is a crappy picture because i was probably intoxicated when i took this. but really they are very good! and very simple. just add about a tbsp of fennel seeds to 1 to 1.5 lbs of ground pork. also add a little minced garlic and salt. that's it! i love fennel.
